Hey, I'm Eain—COO at Appliscale, a digital engineering firm specialising in scalable, high-performance systems. Based in Wexford, Ireland, I lead a team of 80+ engineers across our Poland and Ireland offices, helping clients build systems that handle millions of users and billions of events.

I love the challenge of helping companies scale. My focus is on building strong engineering culture, delivering mission-critical systems, and bridging the gap between technical excellence and business outcomes.

Background

Before Appliscale, I spent nearly a decade at AOL Platforms, most recently as Chief of Staff managing globally distributed teams across Dublin, Frankfurt, Paris, Boston, and San Francisco. I hold a Masters in Business from the Irish Management Institute and a Diploma in Strategy & Innovation from University College Cork.

Giving back

I'm a long-time volunteer with Junior Achievement, serving as a classroom volunteer, event organiser, and regional Young Business judge since 2009.
